Joey D

Joey D held a retro-spective of his work as early as 2005, before the words up-cycling, re-purposing now common terms had entered our vocabulary.  Joey's innovative approach, mixing fabrics, recycling, printing are showcased in his workshop/studio, in Edinburgh's Broughton Street which he opened over 20 years ago to the public. Initially designing menswear and womenswear Joey has more recently branched out into innovative accessories and furniture design. 

Virgin Square is  pleased to have a range of Joeys work on show for our opening exhibition including some examples of his furniture.
